Opening hours:
- April to September: 10 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm;
- July to August: 10 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm;
- October to March: 2 pm to 5 pm (closed on Sundays and Mondays).
The Tourist Information Centre of Deux Rives is classified as Category I Quality Tourism.
Dogs kept on a leash are allowed inside the Tourist Information Centre.
The Tourist Office in Auvillar is located in the former Ursuline Convent. Here, you’ll find a souvenir shop featuring products related to the Deux Rives territory.
From April to October, the old chapel of the convent hosts a free thematic exhibition, open to the public during business hours.
Parking: in front of the tourist information centre, at the crossing of the Nobles street and the Couvent street, Place du Château (100m away, includes a disabled parking space), Promenade des Moines (400m away). Free car parks.
Bikes: bike racks located on the Couvent street, next to the tourist information centre, and in the Pèlerin garden located rue des Nobles (50m away). The latter also has power plugs for recharging electric batteries and secure lockers. Free.
